What is Mental Performance Coaching?
THE MENTAL GAME
Mental performance coaching is about helping you understand and manage what goes on in your head during matches and training.
Players struggle with:
A lack of confidence and self-belief
Frustration after mistakes
Playing freely in pressure moments
Overthinking
Focusing too much on rankings or results
These challenges are normal. Every player goes through them. But if you don't know how to handle them, they make you play tighter.
How I Help
-
We have weekly online sessions where we focus on one challenge at a time.
-
I support you at tournaments to help you stay focused, calm, and confident.
-
I watch your match online and give feedback on your habits, focus, and pressure moments.

ABOUT ME
ABOUT ME
Why I Do This
I started playing tennis when I was five and competed across Europe. But no matter how hard I trained, I kept struggling with my own thoughts. I felt pressure when playing lower-ranked players, was afraid of making mistakes, and couldn't playing freely.
When I stopped competing, I spent nine years coaching tennis. And I kept seeing the same thing in my players — the same self-doubt, fear of mistakes, focus on results, etc.
That’s why I studied to become a mental performance coach. Today, I work with professional and junior tennis players worldwide, through online sessions and tournament support.
